Stowe Arts and Culture Council SACC was established as a Town of Stowe Board in 2020 to promote arts and culture.

Comprised of arts and cultural organizations along with local resident representatives; the council works to increase the vitality of the arts, and culture, in Stowe, VT. Stowe Arts and Culture Council (SACC) was formed to establish and promote Stowe as an arts and culture destination for quality of life and for economic development purposes. rious arts and cultural organizations who met informally for several years, SACC was established by the Stowe Selectboard as an official Town of Stowe board in 2020.
