Time for a pallet cleanser after painting so many Battletech mechs. Tamiya’s Semovande M40/18 in 1/35. I must say I’m impressed with the interior detail and fit for the kit being from the 70’s. Too bad most of it won’t be seen.

More Battletech mechs, these are based on the antagonistic mercenary group in Mechwarrior 5 Mercenaries called Black Inferno. Used Vallejo Velvet Red for the blood red color and I used Citadel Abaddon Black for the black parts. Also I used Citadel Reattributor Armor for the cockpit windows.

Ive been painting up some walking tanks or Battletech mechs. I do have an actual model kit that I am planning to build for Can Am Con ‘26. More to come on that kit later!

Finished another painting session today, Dooku just needs a touch up and he’s done while I have a little ways to go on Cassan. I got bored waiting for paint to dry so I built an AT-ST.

First off I want to thank all my new followers on both here and Instagram. I usually post model tanks, but I have been involved with a secondary hobby of tabletop gaming. The game I’ve been playing is Star Wars Legion. Tonight I am painting a Count Dooku figure. I will attach a photo of the paint I have used so far. I will need a few more colors that I will be acquiring soon to finish the figure so he is ready for the table.
