Apparently the comments had some thoughts about my marketing skills. 😂 Fair enough.

Sometimes the right business decision isn’t doing more. It’s creating enough space to do things better.
For the next month we’ll be closed Mondays and Tuesdays while I work on building the right team, improving the experience, and occasionally getting a little sleep. 😂

Beautiful Saturday, a couple birthday parties coming in, and we’re ready for a good day.

And yes… AI actually helped me work through this decision. I’ll show you how in another video.

Another completely normal day at Key to Amaze. 😂
Garage door still needs fixing, found a lost golf ball while I was up there, and apparently the view isn’t half bad.
Eventually I’ll stop climbing this ladder… probably.

Took a few months, a lift, and more work than I expected… but the sign is finally up.
And yes — it lights up at night. 😎
📍 48 Wyman St., Stoughton
🏈 Thursday Night Football tonight.
Maybe we’ll see you later.

One of the guys watching Monday Night Football heard the chirping, looked at me and said, “So I guess you haven’t caught the cricket yet?” 😂
Apparently people really are watching these videos.
So after the game… I went looking.
Mystery cricket: found. ✅
Monday Night Football: finished. ✅
Co****le: apparently still going.
Have a great night.

5 roof leaks.
1 broken simulator.
1 mystery cricket somewhere in the building.
And kickoff is coming. 😂
Some Sundays are football, drinks and big screens.
Other Sundays start with buckets and an impact driver.
Let’s see if I can get everything handled before kickoff. 🏈

Apparently Key to Amaze turned back into a woodworking shop today. 😂
Built a bunch of sign frames, now trying to get as much painted as possible before tonight’s group comes in.
Sometimes progress looks a lot like making another mess.
Hope you’re having a great week — maybe we’ll see you for football later this week.

it's quiet in here...
Less than an hour until kickoff and apparently I planned my morning perfectly. 😂
Six chairs left, a mountain of cardboard, and then we’re ready.
Patriots on the big screen today. Hope we see you, and if not, enjoy the game wherever you’re watching.
