We’re excited to announce that Jorma Kaukonen along with John Hurlbut will be returning to the Opera House on April 20th, 2026! Jorma just announced that these April shows will be his last official tour, so we hope you can make it.
Tickets will go on-sale to Members on Wednesday, Oct 29th at Noon.

We've got some wonderful eclectic shows for you this weekend at the Opera House - plus, Art Walk Stoughton will be happening on Saturday throughout the morning and afternoon! If you've never heard the Riders In The Sky in person, don't miss this chance to find out how much you enjoy cowboy music - you could be missing out. Shadowlands featuring S. Carey and John Raymond is going to be something amazing to hear inside the Opera House - head to our website to read more, but this is going to be special. House of Waters is the perfect band to feature on the day of Art Walk Stoughton. Nominated for the Best Contemporary Instrumental album at the 2024 GRAMMY awards, House of Waters is at the forefront of jazz innovation. As one critic noted, they are a band that is bending the very fabric of the musical universe as we know it.

Southern Wisconsin’s Most Charming Theater!

The Stoughton Opera House is a 450-seat fully restored historical landmark theater built in 1901.

In its early days, the theater presented plays, vaudeville reviews by traveling companies, and concerts. Since its reopening, its repertoire has consisted of plays by local companies, classical music concerts, and concerts by well-known touring musicians and bands.

Certified non-haunted by the great Emo Philips, comedian, Stoughton Opera House performer, and probably an expert on opera house hauntings.
