ATTN beef exhibitors: we need a small favor to ask: if you or anybody from your family may have written down the results we from Sto Fair Meat Animal Sale, we need that. Specifically who the buyers were for the steers. It's too long to type out, but please PM Jennifer Kramer, or myself Nick Lowe (or PM this page) we greatly thank you all and can't wait to see you all again in 11 months!

🚨Attention Exhibitors🚨

With the tractor pulls taking place tomorrow, NO trailers will be allowed on the fairgrounds until after teardown is complete.

We are asking all exhibitors to please park trailers on the street until they can be brought onto the grounds.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to navigate this change.

If you are showing your animals from the Junior show you will also need to recheck in with us.

Take the road all the way around the barns, Loop to the left after The Wash Rack and the dairy barn and come down the drive like you are headed towards the poultry barn. Take a right by the Kiddy tent and then turn left by the arena to park. Please park parallel with the truck shown.

The Beef Open Show begins tomorrow at 5:00 PM.

🚨 Beef Barn Move-In Information 🚨

The Beef Barn will open for animal arrival beginning at 1:00 PM tomorrow.

All animals must be checked by one of the BEEF SUPERINTENDENTS before entering the Beef Barn. Please do NOT unload or bring animals into the barn until they have completed the required check in with the superintendents.

The scale will close at 7:00 PM, so please be sure to have your animals weighed before that time.

Due to the expected heat on Wednesday, the Beef Superintendents are recommending a blow-and-go show for the safety and well-being of the animals. However, exhibitors are welcome to fit and present their cattle as they choose.

Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep both exhibitors and animals safe. We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!

🚨Attention Exhibitors🚨:

The beef barn is currently at FULL capacity. To ensure there is enough room for everyone, all exhibitors must stay within the space that has been assigned to them. Please do not expand into neighboring areas or use additional space for tack, supplies, or equipment beyond what has been designated.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping keep the barn organized, safe, and fair for all exhibitors. If additional space is needed, please contact the superintendent before making any changes.
