Meet Kay Rashka, a local metalsmithing instructor with more than 15 years of teaching experience and author of Bead Meets Metal! Kay is bringing her expertise to Depot Hill Creative for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own pair of sterling silver spiral earrings.

Ever wanted to build an instrument and learn to play it?

Meet Karen Warwick, instructor for Build an Instrument and Learn to Play: Mountain Dulcimer. Karen has been playing the mountain dulcimer for more than 35 years and loves helping new players discover how approachable and enjoyable the instrument can be.

Over five Tuesday evenings, you’ll build your own mountain dulcimer from a kit, then learn to tune, strum, and play simple songs using number-based tablature.
No music-reading experience needed; just bring yourself. Everything else will be provided.
