With the early spring weather we are seeing more people out riding a variety of e-bikes and e-motos. While we are still within the 6 month grace period before full enforcement of the new e-bike law, we want people to be safe and informed. IT’S OFFICIAL: Transformation Underway at 82nd Street!
As of today, April 7th, work has officially commenced on our pickleball court expansion.

We aren't just giving the courts a fresh coat of paint—we are resurfacing the original 6 courts and turning our 4 temporary courts into permanent courts, giving Stone Harbor a total of 10 professional-grade permanent courts!

Looking forward to seeing everyone for the first serve of the season.

Great news for Stone Harbor Beaches!

Historic Investment in Stone Harbor’s Shoreline!
We are pleased to share that Congressman Jeff Van Drew has announced a landmark $99 million federal investment from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for beach replenishment across South Jersey, including right here in Stone Harbor.

This represents the largest investment in our beaches since Hurricane Sandy and the largest ever without a severe coastal storm. This funding is a critical step in ensuring the stability and protection of our shoreline.

Big News for Stone Harbor Pickleball Fans!
We are excited to announce that the 82nd Street courts are getting an upgrade! Starting the week of April 6th, 2026, we will begin resurfacing our 6 existing courts and converting our 4 temporary courts into permanent ones. Please see the schedule below, as the courts will be inaccessible during the re-surfacing.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your pickleball experience! Get those paddles ready—it’s going to be a great summer!
