I upgraded my podcast setup today significantly. I went from a used Behringer soundboard to this brand new Crimson 2i2. My tests with it were a huge improvement in all regards: sound, background noise and even less clutter on my desk. Podcasting is going to be soooo much easier now, can’t wait to record my first episode of Polyvagal Podcast and Spats Crew with it.

Hey all, still alive and very active in creating stuff. I just haven’t been posting it. I’ve been putting a lot of effort into creating a social media presence around my career as a therapist. Right now all the action is on Twitter since that seems to be a good place for psychology kinda stuff. I’ll post the info in my Stories if you’re interested. ..
This is the first two options for a logo for my personal brand. I really like the cheeks option. Seems happier and more welcoming. ..
Interesting that the last thing I posted before my hiatus was a self portrait and the first thing I post is also a self portrait. I’ll have to analyze this another time.
This was entirely inspired by an icon on I saw on the noun project.com btw.
