What started as a mission to protect my family, is now extended to yours. As a mother, I wanted to do everything within my power to keep my family safe. However, as a woman with aspirations of becoming a nurse; I also understood the limitations we all face during this pandemic. Despite a globalized economy, a tiny virus was able to bring us to our heels. It disrupted global supply chains, causing
havoc in communities all over the world. Thus causing scarcities of much-needed Private protective equipment (PPE’s). This is when I knew that I had to do everything I can to keep my loved ones safe. So, I whipped out my dust-ridden sewing machine and started making masks for my family and for my immediate friends. Since then, I have made over 1000 masks and shipped them across the United States. “Made in America” has new meaning to me now and I wanted to make my creations available to all of you. To know that the tireless efforts of my family are helping to make a tiny difference in our community during these times is truly fulfilling & satisfying.
