For several months, in the late 1990's, Jeff Boyer and Jo Mayer discussed the idea of a community theater group for the Stockbridge area. Then in, September 2000, the first organized meeting was called. About twelve people attended. Some of the original group members include Jeff Boyer, Jo Mayer, Lauren Auge, Andy Beebe, Terri Beebe Becky Fahmie, Joy Fahmie, Aaron Grenier, and Joann Moore. The Tow
n Hall Players were born! It took only four meetings to create a name for the group, find a script for the first production, plan auditions, and find a theater.
