We’ve officially reopened our hiring process for a FULL-TIME FRONT DESK POSITION at Black Rose Tattoo Collective!
This is an in-person position, and we’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and great with people. Our front desk is the first impression of Black Rose, so we need someone who can provide an amazing experience for our clients while keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
• Scheduling & booking appointments
• Customer service & strong people skills
• Basic cashier/POS responsibilities
• Organization & multitasking
• Inventory management
• Ordering & maintaining supplies
• Professional phone and communication skills
Tattoo shop or similar front-desk experience is definitely a plus!
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the position, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with our artists and clients, and become a dependable part of the Black Rose team.
