Join us on the plaza this Thursday, September 3, at 7:45pm for a FREE screening of Inside Out 2! Teenager Riley's mind headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions.

Plaza opens at 7pm, free popcorn and water will be available while supplies last. No ticket needed.

Yoga is making its return to The McKnight Center Plaza this fall!

Bring your mat or towel and join instructor Laurielle Prema as she leads participants through a vinyasa style class to get the body and breath smoothly moving to the beat of live djembe music provided by Wayne Bovenschen. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience.

Yoga begins on the plaza Monday, September 14 at 6pm. Free and open to the public, no registration needed.

Our next movie on the plaza is Inside Out 2 on Thursday, September 3. As newly minted teenager Riley grows up, her core emotional headquarters undergoes sudden demolition to make room for a chaotic new crew led by Anxiety, forcing Joy and the original feelings to fight for control of her growing mind.

Earlier this month, our team gathered for our annual summer retreat at Meridian Technology Center.

We spent the morning diving into our mission and exploring how to it aligns into our day-to-day operations, our overall work season to season, and in future plans for The Center. This day is a favorite among our team since it allows us to step back and look at the work our organization is doing and how our individual job functions help futher our mission and objectives as an institution.

The day was filled with meaningful connection, team building (with lots of legos), and a fun ending at The Hub with bowling! We had a great time spending some quality time with eachother and are excited to welcome everyone back to The McKnight Center for yet another great season.

Make the most of what’s left of summer!

Our free fall movie series, Sequels Deserve Love 2, begins this Thursday, August 27, with a screening of Sing 2, a high-stakes, feel-good jukebox musical about big dreams and second chances. Buster Moon and his musical crew head to the big city to launch a dazzling, space-themed stage show. To make it happen, they’ll have to bluff a ruthless mogul and track down a reclusive rock star voiced by Bono.

⏰ Plaza opens at 7 p.m. | Movie starts at 7:45 p.m.
🍿 Free popcorn and water while supplies last.
