In my humble opinion, the relationships we foster throughout our lives are among our greatest gifts. They shape us, support us, challenge us, sometimes hurt us but also help us heal. As we move through this life, it’s worth being mindful of how we care for our relationships… with others and with ourselves… and taking time to appreciate the healthy, supportive connections we are fortunate to have. Healing isn’t just about recovering from illness or hardship; it’s also about repairing and strengthening our connections. Those relationships that were not healthy but taught us lessons were also so incredibly valuable. You can honor the lessons without holding onto the pain. Be sure to give gratitude when you are ready.
