Expressions Company is a wonderful in-house dance team that is commited to dance education, passion, the art of dance, as well as sharing the love of dance in our surrounding communities within a wonderful encouraging group of dancers that become dance friends and family! 💚💜✨️

✨️Miss Catherine and Miss Rachel have been working hard all summer to help your dancers build strength and flexibility in Dance Tech. 🩰As we continue to grow as athletes, we also want to focus on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance. 💚

💜 Building cardiovascular endurance is especially important for dancers, particularly those who perform in multiple high-energy routines throughout the season. Improving stamina helps dancers maintain strong 💪 technique, performance quality, and energy ⚡️ from the beginning of a routine to the very end.

👟✨️ Why train alone when you can do it with your Dance Friends! Even our Dance Moms and Teachers joined in!! 💚💜✨️👟🥳🥳 Go Team!
