Birthday Cake Thickies 🎂🍪✨

Soft, thick, loaded with sprinkles + white chocolate chips… giving all the birthday cake vibes in cookie form 😍 These seriously turned out sooo good. Soft in the center and full of that classic birthday cake flavor 🍰

I am thinking I want to chunk them up just a little more and give them a bit more height. I also might make them 1 oz instead of 2 oz to keep them more in line with the mini / bite-size dessert vibe I’ve got going at Elevate 🤭

And with my Thickies post, I’d like to officially introduce Baked by Elevate 🍪🧁

I love that this gives me a whole new little corner of Elevate with so much room to experiment and grow. I’m excited to see what this turns into as I keep creating and testing new ideas. 👀

Also, I’m still not giving up on my mini cupcake endeavor 😂 I just need to lock in a few things first. The goal is to eventually add them to my treat menu as an add-on for treat packages or offer them by the two dozen!

For now, I’m excited to see where Baked by Elevate goes. 💕

I know I’ve been a little quiet lately, so I wanted to give a little Elevate update 🖤

While I work on some behind the scenes upgrades for my business, I’ll be taking a pause from regular dipped treat orders so I can put my energy into getting everything where I want it to be.

Buttttt I’m not disappearing 👀

And of course I can’t just sit around and do nothing during all of that 😂 sooo I decided to have a little fun with something new. And then I thought… why overcomplicate it? There’s something so simple, yet so magical, about a really good cookie!

I decided to try… CHUNKY COOKIES - or as I’m calling them, THICKIES 🍪

Think big, thick, soft/gooey cookies loaded with different fillings and flavors! Chocolate Chip is up first 👀

Stay tuned while I experiment with recipes and flavors! I’m hoping to launch with at least 4 Thickie flavors to start! 🍪

This may just be a fun little side quest while I work on what’s next… or Thickies might just earn themselves a permanent spot on the menu. 😂💕

The Sunday Shop was such a great turnout, and I truly had the best time! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to meet and connect with so many amazing vendors, make connections with potential future clients, and of course… supply everyone with some delicious treats.

And a HUGE shoutout to my cousin, who stayed at my house last night helping me package treats and then turned around and spent the day sitting with me and helping at my booth. 🥹🖤 I seriously could not have done it without her, and I’m so grateful to have that kind of support behind me.

Thank you SO much to everyone who stopped by my booth, grabbed a treat, shared a kind word, expressed interest in booking with me for a future event, or simply showed some love and support. It means more than you know. 🥹🖤
