Important Community Message!
Rarely do we post things that are of a more serious nature. Our business is about escaping the weight of the real world and indulging in fantasy and making magical memories.
But on occasion, we do dive into seriousness when it comes to protecting our communities.
As the owner, when AI first came out, I played around with it, thinking it was a silly tool. Since that time, I have watched it harm- harm artists, individuals, communities, and even our business.
The community stepped up in December to save Breakpoint from extinction when AI listed us as permanently closed. THANK YOU! Without you, we'd have no more magical offerings for the community.
But now, AI is trying to come close to our communities, and strip them if their natural resources.
A data center is trying to build in Wisconsin Rapids, and the politicians seem to be in favor for it.
I am asking on behalf of that community, and ours, for your help in supporting our communities remain AI Free.
There is a wonderful group that is being spearheaded to try to stop this, and a local Wisconsin Rapids business is hosting a meeting this Tuesday.

Every bit of support helps. Please share the news, contact the politicians, and let them know we want to keep AI out of our cities!
