Attention: ALL customers please read this information before placing a custom order.

At Black Spruce Studios we take your custom orders very seriously, and want to give you the best product that we possibly can. This post is a guide as to how our order & shipping process works. We value our customers and strive for transparency and communication about the options we provide to ensure the best possible experience.

CUSTOM ORDERS & STANDARD SHIPPING:
•When you place a custom order with us, the ESTIMATED turn around time for that order will be 8-12 weeks from when the order is placed. That is NOT a guaranteed time range, only estimated. It could be longer depending on when materials are in stock and able to be shipped to the shop etc., but hopefully (and we will always try our hardest) we can get it to you within that 8-12 weeks or before if we are able.
•There will be a standard $25 shipping charge on custom orders that will be collected with payment of your items. If you place a large order, that price may increase. Payment will not be due until your complete order is ready to be shipped, at which time Emma (Chief Sales Officer) will contact and notify you that your order is ready to be paid for and shipped.
•TEXAS RESIDENTS~ If you would like to have your order shipped directly to you, the $25 shipping charge will apply. If you would like to SAVE money on shipping, you can wait to have your order bulk shipped to Emma along with her inventory and then you will only be charged a $3-$5 shipping fee on top of the price of your items. Payment will not be due until Emma has your order and is ready to deliver it to you. Cash payment will not be accepted for direct shipment.

RUSH ORDERS:
•We DO accept rush orders IF they are made within an appropriate and reasonable time frame. We will always be very honest and realistic with you on this matter. The SUPPLIERS of our materials typically work in bulk orders, a singular or small order costs us about twice as much to ship. In order to fulfill a small or rushed order, a $40-$50 shipping charge will be required (price varies depending on size of item/items.) This covers rush shipping of materials to our shop, and direct shipping to you.
