We would like to thank all of our inside the mall regulars, players, group events, and birhday party groups, and others for the support since the beginning and over the last year and 5 months!! Thank you also to the family and friends for your support and filling in/covering when needed!!
We have given some thought to our annoucement today.
With adding on an extra 6 month lease extension, moving across the hall into a bigger unit that expanded what we have to offer, and some outreach with our Mobile 18. The foot traffic here in the mall is just not enough to support our efforts of what we have to offer. Unfortunately we have to close our mall location at the beginning of October and reassess where our focus will be in the near future.
We are not looking at this as giving up, just reorganizing and shifting perspectives. It has been a learning experience to say the least, on this type of business. We establshed ourselves as an entertainment venue that people in the area asked for, and people so far have enjoyed it!
For the immediate future:
-We will still have the Mobile 18 portable mini golf, which is gaining in popularity, and will continue to upgrade it with improvements.
-We will also add our indoor portable units (currently in the mall location) to an enclosed trailer for rental for indoor/outdoor event venues, birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, etc.
-We will also have the soccer pool available for portable rental
At some point, sooner or later, we might consider a more visible indoor location, especially during the winter months. Who knows, maybe we will convince the owners of the old Rainbow Falls mini golf course in Rock Falls, to let us lease, clean up, make repairs, and open it up for business.
