An immersive evening inspired by the dark, seductive worlds of romantasy—where fae courts, forbidden love, dangerous magic, and gothic elegance collide.

New month, new ways to connect. This September we’re gathering for our monthly LGBTQ+ Leadership Forum and two peer support meetups with Rainbow Connections. Come as you are, all are welcome!

We’re also holding space for some important dates this month: World Su***de Prevention Day, 9/11 National Day of Service and Remembrance, National Sober Day, and the anniversary of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’s” repeal. Finally, Bisexual Awareness Week + Bi Visibility Day is September 16-23. Some of these are moments of remembrance, some are causes for celebration, all remind us why community matters!

We are so excited to have just dropped off our donations from our school supplies drive! Thank you to all the neighborhood's and businesses that participated. 😍

Together, local youth donated thousands of school supplies and hygiene items to help support general and special education classrooms!

We want to send a special thank you to the local businesses that hosted donation boxes or provided supplies!! We're already looking forward to the next donation drive in November!~

You can now visit one of the Donation Drive Boxes at Williams Gap from August 1st to August 7th.

The Youth Pride Alliance was hard at work this morning, placing hundreds of door hangars in local neighborhoods to collect school supplies and hygiene items for local in-need schools and families through Loudoun and Fairfax!

You can also drop off donations at in Leesburg and in Ashburn through August 7th! We can't thank them enough for their help!!

We've got three great opportunities this week!

Tomorrow, our NOVA Rainbows peer support groups have their monthly Ashburn meeting at 7 pm. Register at www.novarainbows.org.

On Saturday, our Youth Pride Alliance is starting their quarterly donation drive around Loudoun and Fairfax, collecting school supplies to benefit low-income schools and local GSA groups. Businesses and individuals can volunteer to help at www.youthpridenova.org.

And Saturday evening, our Kindness Project is hosting a Paint and Sip unlike anything you've ever seen! You can enjoy a wine flight at Williams Gap in Round Hill while painting custom hand-made sunflower and seahorse window ornaments for only $45. Get your tickets at www.vaqueer.org/events
