One Take Studios Empower through movement & creativity! Dance, Martial Arts, Fitness,Entertainment & more for all ages

At One Take Studios we offer Dance Classes, Martial Arts Classes, and Entertainment. For our Dance class we offer Break Dance and an All Styles class witch consists of over six urban and Caribbean styles of dance such as Krump, Break Dance, Dance Hall, and more. Our Martial Arts program is mainly made up of Tae Kwon Do however we also offer some kickboxing, acrobatics, and self defense techniques

and much more. We also have Local DJs and Photographers ready to help make your next party fun and memorable. As of right now we teach afterschool programs in Arlington Public Schools and soon more locations.

Mr Wiggles RSC is coming to One Take Studios for a 2-day camp built for dancers who want to train, grow, connect, and learn directly from one of the pioneers of Hip Hop and Funk Styles.

Expect history, culture, heavy drills, foundation, new variations, and real gems on how to improve your dance while keeping the movement clean, strong, and connected.

A special shoutout to our Championship Finals award recipients from Season 1 of the Next Generation Battle League 2026.

These dancers stood out by bringing energy, confidence, creativity, and heart to the floor all season long. From stepping into the cypher, exchanging with others, answering call-outs, and keeping the circle alive, they helped create the atmosphere that makes this culture so special.

Throughout the series, we celebrated many Cypher Champs and Musicality Award winners, each helping raise the level and keep the energy alive at every event. These final recognitions represent the spirit, growth, and commitment we witnessed throughout the entire season.

The cypher remains one of the purest parts of Hip Hop culture, a place where community, expression, learning, and connection come together. Thank you to every dancer who stepped into the circle and helped carry that tradition forward.

Big hearts. Brave steps. Proud moment. 🎬✨

Willa and Allison took the stage for their very first school talent show, and we couldn’t be more proud. They showed courage, confidence, and so much One Take spirit through their routines and freestyle rounds.

It’s not always easy to try something new, especially when the nerves are real, but they did it, they enjoyed it, and they created a memory they’ll never forget.
Our coaches had to show up and surprise them with support, because that’s family.

Our first full season of the Next Generation Battle League has officially come to a close, and what an unforgettable journey it has been.

From three series of battles to our Championship Finals, we witnessed confidence grow, friendships form, and our youth continue to represent the culture with passion, respect, and heart.

Congratulations to every champion, finalist, award recipient, and competitor who stepped onto the floor and gave it their all. Thank you to all of our dancers, families, judges, DJ, MC, and supporters for helping make this season so special.
