“Johnny, Your tech, actually sounded like an exec, got back to me really quickly. Gen set for 240V, Single Phase and not 208v Three Phase. Switch was actually on the motor side. Worked great after the k**b repositioning. Then one of the… folks tried to start it the next morning before I got there. Locked out the generator. Again the tech was great. Answered the phone Sat morning at 7am. A little complicated procedure to unlock 🔓 it but we did. All is ready for pickup. Thanks. Ray”
