As the month of May, which is mental health month comes to a close. I want to take a moment to remind everyone that self-care is not selfish. We all need to give ourselves a bit of grace and take the time to reconnect with ourselves and our bodies. If you need support, I am here, feel free to reach out.

September is Su***de Awareness month. We here at Heather's Heart Forge and The Blacksmiths Wife of Stephentown are not immune to this kind of loss. We lost an apprentice to it. So every year in September we put on the Heartbreaker. Once just a competition between students has now become an event to yes compete but also remember. We present a scholarship to our school in honor of Thomas M. WILSON. GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN. This year's event is September 19th from 12-2. We will host a silent auction, and the competition. Proceeds will go NAMI of Georgia, where Thomas was from and to the school.

My least favorite part....the middle. Tension is tight and it pulls on the shoulders but almost done.
