August can feel like a scramble. A little routine, and the right support, can go a long way. 🙌

As families prepare for the school-year shift, small changes can make a big difference:

🌱 Start adjusting bedtime and wake-up routines early
🌱 Prep backpacks, lunches, and outfits the night before
🌱 Talk through upcoming schedule changes with your child
🌱 Give yourself grace as everyone settles into a new rhythm
🌱 Sign up ahead for Kids Garden Afterschool programs, and keep drop-in care in mind for the days you need extra support
