One of our favorites, Chef John Courtney of Chop Shop (Park City, Utah), is coming to town for the debut of Tavola Notte, an ultra-intimate pop-up dinner series hosted by A Tavola Winter Market.

A two-time Steamboat Food & Wine Festival collaborator, John was behind 2025’s Night at the Museum Dinner—and the unforgettable fried chicken at Fried Chicken & Bubbles that we’re still talking about. This Tuesday, he brings that same talent, generosity, and creativity to Denver for a one-night-only experience.

Tavola Notte comes alive as the winter market winds down—one table, great conversation, thoughtful food and wine, and just 20 seats total.
