‼️The first Eradication Escape Event is this Sunday and we can't wait to see you all there!‼️ Here are some important details to keep in mind and tips on how to prepare for the event.
We are excited to have you join us for the Eradication event! As we prepare for this immersive challenge, please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
1. WALKING AND DRIVING: The event will involve both walking and driving. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and ensure your vehicle has a full tank of gas. Please make sure that the vehicle you choose to drive the day of the event is one that all members of your team are comfortable driving in case you decide to split up or get separated. You will be outside for a portion of the event so please dress accordingly and bring plenty of water.
2. FOOD AND DRINK: Although we will be supplying some snacks and drinks during the event please come prepared with some of your own.
3. PACE: Remember, this is not a race. There is no need to run or speed, but please maintain a steady pace and avoid unnecessary delays, such as stopping for lunch.
4. VALID ID: All team members must carry a valid ID throughout the event. Just a reminder that all players must be at least 21 years old.
5. TEAM COMMUNICATION: Ensure you have the phone number of every member in your team. This will be crucial if you decide to split up during the event.
6. EXTERNAL HELP: Do not call or message Crack The Code or Immersion for clues. All necessary information will be provided to you including the proper way to get help when needed.
7. PUNCTUALITY: The event will start on time. We cannot delay the start for latecomers.
8. LENGTH OF EVENT: 3 hours is an approximate and will likely go over in time. The event does not end once the 3 hours is up. You will experience the entire event regardless of time.
9. PRE-EVENT INSTRUCTIONS: Approximately 45 - 60 minutes before the start time, you will receive instructions on how to obtain your initial clues. Do not attempt to start early.
10. WAIVERS: Make sure that every member of your team has completed the waiver at least 3 days prior to the event. You will not be sent your instructions until your entire team has submitted the waiver. If you haven’t already signed waivers, please do so here. https://www.escapekit.co/waiver/off/fbafd7bb/n/
11. SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE: We hope that you will love your upcoming experience and want to share your excitement with others. But be careful not to share any secrets or surprises of the game. Let others experience them for themselves.
Thank you for your cooperation and enthusiasm. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
