For our next show, we’re heading to a small town in Newfoundland where, for a few extraordinary days, the world got a little smaller.

✈️ COME FROM AWAY
Directed by Jennifer Vaughan
May 28-30, June 4-6

In the wake of September 11, 2001, 38 planes carrying thousands of passengers were diverted to the tiny town of Gander, Newfoundland.

What happened next became an incredible true story of kindness, generosity, friendship, and the connections that can form between complete strangers when they need one another most.

Filled with heart, humor and a soaring score, Come From Away celebrates the very best of what people can be, even in the very worst of circumstances.

We are incredibly excited to bring this remarkable musical to the ShenanArts stage in 2027.

So far, we’ve announced Kodachrome and RED.

But now we're…hungry...for a musical. 🌱

🪴 LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS
Directed by Kyle LeGore
April 2-4, 9-11

One strange little plant. One very bad idea.

Seymour Krelborn is a down-on-his-luck floral assistant whose discovery of an unusual plant suddenly brings him fame, fortune, and the attention of the girl he loves. There’s just one problem: The plant has an appetite.

Packed with unforgettable songs, dark comedy, romance, and one of musical theatre’s most delightfully dangerous villains, Little Shop of Horrors is coming to the ShenanArts stage in 2027.

Three shows down. Five more to go.

It's day 1 of announcing the ShenanArts 2027 season!

📸 KODACHROME
Directed by Elaine Pfeil
February 12-14, 19-21

Welcome to Colchester, a small town where a local photographer has spent her life capturing everyone else’s moments. Funny, tender and beautifully human, Kodachrome is a story about love, loss, connection, and the moments we wish we could hold onto forever.

🎨 RED
Directed by Justin Guidroz
March 17-20

Originally scheduled for last season, RED finally takes the ShenanArts Underground stage in 2027. Set in the studio of legendary painter Mark Rothko, this acclaimed drama is a fierce, fascinating battle of ideas about art, ambition, legacy, and what it means to create something that matters.
