Good afternoon everyone!

We hope you are excited for tonight's Rosengart art exhibition opening & tomorrow night's Jamie Kimmett concert!

Before our events get underway, we wanted to remind everyone to please be mindful of a few street closures happening for other events downtown. One today (Aug. 27th) and one tomorrow ( Aug. 28th).

Today a part of Oak st. in downtown will be closed from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. It stretches from East Main St. to Courtland St. Rest assured, East Main Street will still be open; however, public parking near Oak St. may fill up quickly.

Our Rosengart art gallery exhibition opening today, Aug. 27th, will begin at 5:30pm. If you choose to arrive earlier, you are free to browse the gallery; just be mindful of our staff and gallery director as we set up the reception.

Tomorrow Aug. 28th, a part of Oak st. will be closed from Courtland St. to Hill St. from 3 pm - 9 pm.

On Aug. 28th, we will be opening the lobby doors for the Jamie Kimmet concert at 6pm, then at 6:30pm we will open the Emma Kelly Theater for seating, and the performance will begin at 7pm.

If you are planning to enjoy any or all of the downtown Statesboro events today or tomorrow, please plan accordingly and be patient in traffic.
