Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops
4 thick-cut pork chops
4 tbsp brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp creole seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°F. Season pork chops with Creole seasoning.

Lightly oil a baking dish and place pork chops in a single layer.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar over each pork chop.

Top each chop with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the chops.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove foil and continue baking for 20 minutes, until the pork chops are golden brown and the sauce is slightly caramelized.

Many thanks to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) fashionistas, photographers and filmmakers for gracing the halls and grounds of Southern Oaks Inn & Estate with their creative process. Courtney Cope's fashions and film "Requiem for Lullabies" serves as an updated version of Alice in Wonderland, photographed by Janet Pan. What an awesome opportunity to observe the creative talent that went into this production.
