Permanent Makeup By Angela Staten Island's only CPCP certified Permanent Makeup Artist 20+ yrs exp. Sterile, new needles and equipment and quality pigments are used for every procedure.

Angela apprenticed in 1996 and began tattooing full time in 2001, she began Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing in 2003 and has worked in Tacoma, WA, Stuttgart, Germany, and NYC. She uses a combination of different brands of tools and pigments to create custom looks for each client. Angela is currently available by appointment only in Staten Island, NY and Brooklyn NY

All procedures are done with a topical numbing cream to minimize discomfort. Permanent Makeup is generally intended to enhance your features with a subtle, natural look. You can still apply traditional makeup for a more dramatic effect.
