The mission of the JCC Cornerstone Richmond Terrace Community Center is to empower children, youth, and families by promoting opportunities for healthy emotional, social, physical, and cognitive growth. We do this by offering various high quality programs for all age groups that involve the internal community within the Richmond Terraces Houses as well as the outside community of Staten Island and the five boroughs.
