State Officer and Senior Thespian Kylin Ellis II attended the International Thespian Festival this week and made us so proud.

He is the first at our school to be recognized as Thespy Winner at International Festival, and he earned a perfect score with his contrasting monologues.

Kylin was cast in the EdTA One Act Commission with Stage Partners in the premier reading performance of: “Camofleurs: The Unseen Women of 1918”

Finally, after auditioning for colleges and universities all over the country, he earned callbacks at the following theatre programs:

Congratulations to Kylin Ellis!!!

Not only is he attending ITF for college auditions and performing his contrasting monologue, but he was also just selected to perform in the One Act Commission!

Only 1/5 of the audition submissions received roles. He will be working with a professional director, a professional playwright, and actors from across the country for the first reading of a new published play with Stage Partners. This performance will be presented at the International Festival for a live audience June 26!!!
