Starkville Area Arts Council SAAC serves as the premier umbrella for the multitude of arts organizations in the Starkville and MSU communities.

The Starkville Area Arts Council was formed in 1996 after a group of art-loving citizens got together and held a small arts festival in downtown Starkville. As the festival has grown and evolved, so has the SAAC,developing many other events over the years in an effort to bring the arts to the Starkville community. Our programs now include Art in the Park, Art Partners, Forks & Corks, the pumpkin p
