Sorry Brewcaders I’m running about 30 minutes late.

We’ll be open about 3:30.

It’s Roo’s fault.

This adorable idiot got into a bottle of prescription medicine, and child safety caps are no match for puppy teeth.

So I had to call the animal poison hotline (yes that is actually a thing) and make sure I didn’t have to rush her to the emergency vet.

They said to just keep an eye on her and gave us some things to watch for, but she seems to be doing just fine.

It’s thirsty Thursday at The Brewcade!

That means $1.00 off draft beers all night!

Now on a personal note:

10 years ago today I married the most amazing human being I’ve ever met!

How this woman has tolerated me this long absolutely boggles my mind!

But the fact that she actually likes me too is dumbfounding!

The only reason The Brewcade exists is because she was supportive and encouraging of my hare brained idea to quit my very comfortable corporate job so I could open a pinball and beer bar!

She has been behind me every step of the way, helping with anything she could at the bar, but also taking care of all of the home things I was neglecting.

Never complaining and always offering a hand, advice, encouragement, or just being there to listen to me when I needed.

It is no exaggeration to say that without her there is no way I could have ever gotten to here!

So to kindest, most patient person ever!

The best wife in the world!

The most amazing human being I’ve ever met!

My best friend and my love!

It’s finally Friday!!!!

I’m taking a much needed Friday and Saturday off, but Nick is behind the bar today and tomorrow for all of your Brewcade needs!

Nick has been a regular at The Brewcade since we opened, but if you haven’t met him yet he’s an awesome guy and will take great care of you!

So grab your friends and head to The Brewcade for great games, drinks, and company!

Unfortunately Beetlejuice will be moving up to Bellingham to spend some time at the 1-Up Lounge at some point this weekend, but there may be something fun replacing it!
