Youth Exhibits
Adult Exhibits
Animal Exhibits

Read the premium book for your department and then click on the entry form for the department.
Complete the information and you are registered!
Animal Exhibitors will be directed to the link to order your passes as well.

Why Exhibit at the Stanwood Camano Community Fair?
Interested in exhibiting at the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair? Whether you raise
animals, bake cookies, grow vegetables, create artwork, sew, photograph, or build
projects, there is a place for you at the fair!
Exhibiting at the Stanwood-Camano Community Fair is a great way to showcase your
talents, learn new skills, receive constructive feedback, and become part of a tradition
that celebrates agriculture, creativity, and community. First-time exhibitors are always
welcome, and superintendents and volunteers are available to help answer questions
along the way.
Don't think you have something to enter? Look through the online Premium
Books. You may be surprised to find a class that's perfect for something you've
already created, grown, raised, or learned to do!
Due to space our animal entries are limited to youth EXCEPT for horses and dogs.

Our deepest condolences to the Lervick family as they navigate this devastating loss. Erika wasn’t just a volunteer—she was truly a friend of the fair in every sense of the word. Her kindness, reliability, and genuine love for this community showed in everything she did. She made people feel welcome, valued, and cared for. The fair won’t be the same without her, and she will be missed by all who knew her.

In recognition of America’s 250-year journey, the Stanwood Camano Community Fair is excited to announce our 2026 theme: Stars, Stripes & Fair Delights. ✨🇺🇸

This year is all about honoring our roots while enjoying the best fair traditions. To make this year extra special, we want YOUR art on our official t-shirts!

Artist Submission Requirements:

✅ Required: Must feature our logo and the 2026 fair dates. - July 31st, August 1 & 2

Did you know the Stanwood Camano Community Fairgrounds can be rented for all kinds of events? From private gatherings to public shows, our grounds are a great venue for many occasions.
We often get questions about the events happening here, so we wanted to clarify something important: The Stanwood Camano Community Fair only hosts one major event—the annual Stanwood Camano Community Fair!
While we love to see the fairgrounds used by others, we are not involved in managing or organizing these events. We simply rent out the space. If you're attending an event here and have questions or concerns, please contact the event's organizers directly, as we will not have information about their schedule, vendors, or other details.

Another incredible fair has come to an end, and we're still buzzing with excitement! The Stanwood Camano Community Fair is a true celebration of our local heritage, and it simply wouldn't be possible without the generous support of our amazing sponsors.

We want to give a massive thank you to every single business and organization that contributed to the 2025 fair. Your support helps us bring the community together for days of fun, laughter, and lasting memories. We want to give a huge thank you to Andrew's Hay for their continued support of the Stanwood Camano Community Fair! Our livestock truly appreciate their generosity in donating hay and straw for the animals year after year.

Andrew's Hay never asks for anything in return, so we wanted to give a special shout-out to them and invite you to their upcoming Tractor Show on Saturday, August 16th, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It's happening at their location at 4304 SR-530 in Arlington.

Come out and support the local community that supports our fair!

📢 REMINDER: Last Day to Collect Premium Money! 📢

Don't miss your chance! Today, Sunday, August 3rd, is the final day to pick up premium money.

Premium Money Pickup:
Today, Sunday, August 3rd

11:00 AM to 5:00 PM ONLY

No premiums will be paid outside of this time.

No money will be mailed out.

Fair Entry & Exhibits:
Use your slip for FREE fair entry after 3:00 PM today.

Exhibits can be picked up after 6:00 PM today.

The fairgrounds will also be open tomorrow, Monday, August 4th, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM for exhibit pickup.

Important: Unless special arrangements were made, exhibits will be thrown out after Wednesday!
