Six months ago I made a few decisions. I traveled and experienced extreme lows , extreme challenges and ending off with an extreme low. A body shock is what I will call it rather.

My advice to self.

Leave it behind.
Pray about everything and ask for guidance.
Breath
Have a coffee
Make a beautiful dress.
Start a hobby
Keep moving.

When life happens , it happens and we gotta keep going.
I'm much stronger then this.
