The Fort Bend Boys Choir is deeply saddened to learn of our former Training Choir piano accompanist Sheri Lindsey's recent passing and everyone here at Fort Bend Boys Choir is feeling the loss of a wonderful woman who loved the choirboys, playing the piano, serving others and most of all, her family.
We first met Sheri when her son Tristan joined our music program in 2011. She loved the Fort Bend Boys Choir and with her family, established the 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯 𝘓𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘦𝘺 𝘈𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 in 2014, a year after Tristan voiced out in 2013. Sheri kept supporting the organization and eventually became our Training Choir piano accompanist in 2016!
All total, Sheri served about ten years accompanying our Training Choir and she was a joy to work with. She always had a kind word for everyone and played a major role in every choirboy’s success under her watch. While she left the organization over a year ago to focus on her private piano students, Sheri remained a beloved part of the Fort Bend Boys Choir family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Lindsey family during this difficult time.
