Rokita Dance Center Being a part of our studio means being a part of the most well-rounded and versatile dance education center in the area.

Rokita Dance Center was founded by the husband and wife team and co-owners John and Tammy Rokita who have over 50 years of combined experience in dance. Whether a student studies dance as an extra-curricular activity or with a passion to pursue the art for life, there is a place for every dancer with us at Rokita Dance Center. Our faculty is made up of professional dancers who have and continue to perform, educate, coach, choreograph, and adjudicate locally, nationally, and internationally. As dance educators, we work to continue our education in order to stay current in the evolving dance industry and improve our teaching techniques.

Dancers Vs Cancer is a fundraising team competing in the Student Visionaries of the Year campaign for Blood Cancer United. This is our 7th year as a team. We are looking forward to growing our new team for the 2027 campaign, and we need your help! We have raised over $200,000 for blood cancer research in the past, and we are committed to making a difference in the lives of blood cancer patients. There are many ways our team members can participate : by writing letters, sharing on social media, purchasing t-shirts, helping with our dance clinic, and performing at our Tribute Night (which we will help you all with as time goes on!)
