The regions around Coastal Georgia are beautiful. This oil painting titled “Childhood by the Shore” was inspired by a photo I took of children on a beach. The children were feeding seagulls. For those children, days like that are how memories are made. You may view this and other of my works at Art Trends Gallery, 3305 Frederica Road, Saint Simons Island, GA or you may find information on my website: kclaxton.fineartstudioonline.com. Art Trends Gallery will host an 11th Anniversary Reception Thursday, April 30 at the gallery from 4 pm to 7 pm.
