Happy's Running Club Saint Louis The sole philosophy of the club is also our motto: "Run... drink... and be HAPPY!"

Frequency: EVERY Tuesday, rain or shine

Location: City Park Grill (3157 Morganford Rd. right across from Three Monkeys)

Distance: 5,000 meters or 3.1 miles...whichever you prefer

Time: Meet at 6pm (look for the sign in table), Run starts at 6:15pm sharp! Cost: $35 (annual membership)

Membership Includes: A snazzy technical dri-fit Happy's Running Club T-Shirt, drink specials after the run at C

Effective immediately: More bubbles, more chalk, more sq**rt guns, and more opportunities to remind adults to that life is silly and running can be fun.

Introducing Tiny Human Takeover — a summer series where kids get the spotlight and adults are encouraged to embrace their inner eight-year-old.

Bring your sq**rt guns.
Bring your tiny humans.
Bring your silly side.

Bonus: A kid-friendly pace group means no parent left behind, and no tiny runner flying solo.
