Photon Alchemy was created to bring Laserium Laser Light Concerts
back to the Saint Louis Science Center's McDonnell Planetarium.

Laserium was created by Ivan Dryer in 1973 and premiered in Los Angeles
as an experiment in 1973. In St. Louis Laserium
opened in 1975.
