Louis, and the annual Forest Park Balloon Race during the best month of the year to live in and visit St. Up Fest is a to-be-annual Fall celebration of the Dogtown Neighborhood and the Clayton Tamm Business District, coordinated with the Annual St. Louis Balloon Race, typically the 3rd Saturday in September. Fest will be presented on Saturday September 21, 2024 by Felix's Pizza Pub, celebrating 20
years in business on this date. Dogtown Records Radio & Entertainment will help to present the family friendly all-ages event featuring Live music, community groups, vendors, food, and beverage and a screening of the film "Up!" at dusk. Partnerships and involvement with area businesses will benefit both the event-goers and the businesses themselves, so the organizers are actively seeking opportunities to collaborate on this first annual event.
