Merle Scheff School of Dance is a private dance studio in Creve Coeur, MO. Our teachers are all highly dedicated to Merle Scheff students and to ensuring they have a fun experience while mastering different types of dance technique. In fact, most of our teachers danced at Merle Scheff as young girls and found their way back again! Our end-of-year recital in June is a highlight of the year. Our teachers and students work very hard to put on a professional-quality show and succeed year after year. Though the recital is not mandatory, every student is encouraged to participate because almost everyone will agree it is a fantastic experience! Some of our elite dancers participate in our Performing Arts ensemble, learning additional dances outside of classroom hours and performing at dance competitions, showcases, nursing homes, and special events around St. Louis such as Creve Coeur Days.
