What comes after an end-of-life doula training program?

For many people, the answer is:
“How do I actually begin?”

This July, we’re offering a new 3-week workshop focused on the practical foundations of professional end-of-life work. We’ll talk about service offerings, pricing, intake forms, contracts, boundaries, and how to confidently talk about the work you do.

This workshop is a great next step for anyone who has completed an end-of-life doula certificate program — regardless of where you trained.

✔️ In person or Zoom
✔️ Small group format
✔️ Limited to 10 participants

Spend three evenings in July building clarity, confidence, and community.

You don’t have to become a professional death-care worker to benefit from the Eden End-of-Life Doula Certificate Program.

This class is for anyone who wants to:
• Understand what happens at end-of-life
• Support someone they love
• Navigate grief and uncertainty
• Have more meaningful, honest conversations

This is life knowledge. Not just professional training.

What exactly IS the Death Positive Passport? đź‘€

Think of it as part community guide, part experience book, part resource collection.

Inside the passport you’ll find:
đź–¤ Discounts and offers from death positive businesses
đź–¤ Planning and legacy resources
đź–¤ Grief and memorial support tools
đź–¤ Thoughtful products and services that support end-of-life conversations
The goal is to make these conversations feel possible.

Every passport purchased also helps support Last Call: An End-of-Life Festival and our mission to make end-of-life education more accessible and community-centered.

If you’ve ever said:
“I should probably plan that someday…”
“I wish my family talked about this…”
“I want to feel more prepared…”
“I’m curious about death positive spaces…”

This was made for you.

Grab yours through the website today.

Hospice volunteering can look like so many different things. đź’›

Some volunteers sit bedside. Some play music. Some simply offer presence and companionship.

And today, I’m spending time mailing handmade cards to hospice patients — small reminders that someone is thinking about them.

If you’ve ever considered volunteering with hospice, know that there’s a place for many different gifts, personalities, schedules, and comfort levels. You don’t have to do everything. You just have to find the right fit for you.

If the Eden End-of-Life Doula Certificate Program has been on your mind, this is your nudge.

You don’t have to decide today — but you also don’t want to wait too long.

We’re hosting an August info session where you can ask questions, meet us, and learn what the experience is really like. If you don't want to wait until August, reach out to us directly. We’re always happy to connect.

Just know… there are only 20 spots in our sessions, and they fill quickly.
