Suffolk County, NY is getting serious about cracking down on drug-impaired driving.

Impairment assessment, supported by on-the-spot drug screening, helps officers identify the substances involved and make informed roadside decisions.

Effective impaired driving enforcement starts with properly trained officers equipped with reliable tools and support to make accurate decisions at the roadside.

Suffolk County is routinely among the highest in the state for drunk driving fatalities and authorities are working hard to change that with each passing summer season.
