Latergram because yesterday was World Hoop Day! While I celebrated my 5 years inside the circle 🤗, I was actually at work allll day so I missed all the fun activities going on in St. Louis during the day. But luckily I was able to make it out to the party! I loved all the WHD flow I had last night, people I met, friends I saw and I hope everyone had a happy World Hoop Day! I love our flow community here in St. Louis!

Hooping has made me so happy. The people I’ve met, the lifelong friendships I’ve made, and the beautiful places I’ve been to wouldn’t have happened without a hula hoop 🙃 like what?! Life is funny like that I guess..
I can’t stress how important it is in this life to find a hobby that is totally yours and all for you. Something you can work towards, set goals, and enjoy that is all about your connection to yourself! Whatever it is, when you really commit to something that you love, you heighten the connection to self love that we all strive for. So find what you love in life and let it set you free! 💫
