Welcome to our Weekly SHELLEBRITY SPOTLIGHT!

We're startin' off on a roll with Mr. Chico himself.. our six-banded Armadillo!

Now technically, an armadillo doesn't have a shell. But its bony armor makes them an honorary Shellebrity in our book! Flexible plates cover much of their body, giving them protection while still allowing them to dig, forage and move around!

Did you know that the word "armadillo" means "little armored one" in Spanish?
