Utopia provides PA-equipped and unequipped practice studios by the hour (anytime day and night with reservation), or as part of a monthly membership, or as a private studio leased with 24/7 access. XL Studios 2,000sq ft+: $30 / $150 / $350 /or $100 4-hr, $180 8-hr day,
XXL Greenhaus 5300sq ft: $50 / $400 / or $150 4-hr, $280 8-hr day
Private studio w/ 24/7 access:
$300 down, same per month = Approx 18'x18' room,
(cost ranges between $150-$1,650 per month, based on room size)
RECORDING: $50 per hour for tracking, mixing, mastering services. 50% deposit collected with reservation, remainder due when session is completed. Book at least 24 hours in advance. Rental Gear: Amps, drums, guitars, sticks, etc; available if needed.

We are located off S. Grand near SLU. Easy access to 44/55, 40/64 and S. Grand Metrolink. Plenty of off-street parking and bike rack available.
