The Healing Arts Experience 2026 is really close to my heart.
Long before I took over T-Doggs, yoga, wellness, healing and creating community were a huge part of who I was.
Then my dad passed away and suddenly I was stepping into this completely different role—running the tattoo shop he built and carrying on a legacy that meant so much to so many people.
I love T-Doggs, and I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built over the last four years. But if I’m being vulnerable, there have also been times where I felt like I was losing a little bit of me in it.
The yoga teacher.
The wellness girl.
The person who loves bringing people together around movement, mindfulness, healing and connection.
So The Healing Arts Experience is really about bringing those pieces of my life back together.
Not choosing one or the other.
Not being the tattoo shop owner or the yoga teacher.
Just creating something where all of it gets to exist.
And somehow this little idea of mine is turning into a day filled with SO many incredible people sharing what they love.
Massage + bodywork. Healing. Facial cupping. Acupuncture. Aura photography. Herbal remedies. Candles. Tie dye. Jewelry. Handmade soap. Intention journals and so much more.
I’ve curated an amazing lineup of teachers sharing different styles of yoga, movement and meditation for you to come experience throughout the day.
My girl DJ AO will be playing music throughout the event.
Flash tattoos + body piercings will be happening inside T-Doggs.
Two worlds that mean so much to me, finally sharing the same space.
Admission to this open-house-style event is completely FREE. Come for an hour or stay all day.
Spend your money experiencing something new. Take a $5 class. Get a tattoo or piercing. Get a massage. Try a healing experience. Shop with a local maker. Listen to music. Meet someone new.
Most importantly, come support small businesses, teachers, artists, healers and makers who pour so much of themselves into what they do.
