DUDE! i'm a go ahead and say this, and I don't care what you think say or do this is me and I'm just gonna get it over with.
there's a time that we look at a lot of things and we just went on just Vibing and flowing just being ourselves and just enjoying what we have. But then there's a time where it slipped, and a lot of things took a turn for the worse or at least in the case we did a whole lot that just made it that way.
there's people in this world that love powered, they love domination, they love to be in control of anything they can get their hands on, without the proper train of how to actually lead, and the sad part is, that there's a lot of leaders or so they called and they really lost her edge .
Leaders don't technically have to be positioned or be to a point where you're there titled a leader. A true leader is someone that people can trust because their patient because they know how to look at something without so much of an aggressive reaction or some emotional breakdown. They look at the issue and calmly impatiently they try to reconfigure out a solution and then hopefully they have the right source to get it done and fixed.
once again there's a lot of people that love that type of power but at the same time there are those that are not technically fit or they don't have the right proper material to actually be a titled leader so weather at a workplace where they at a restaurant even in a religious cultural center of certain communities, some of us really have to learn how to really be calm and steady when it comes to flaws or when it comes to faults of things around us .
We have to learn that we have to understand that there is a better way to approach and to be present about a certain problem. By the end the day, we're not perfect, we're not so-called right about everything, and most certainly again some are not fit to lead. But saying this out of visual expectations.
to all the true leaders out there, I want you to know how proud you should be that you were able to understand the people that work for you and that they follow your method and they follow your guidance to ensure of a better turnout to anything in the world . It's all about the understanding it's all about patience it's all about how to be collective during a problem, and that sooner it could be resolved.
into everyone else out there, we're all gonna have flaws we're all gonna be wrong about a lot of things in life and we will have to take accountability to our own actions into our own reactions to everything around us. It's gonna be OK day by day we all do what we do to see a new ensure a better .
Until then you guys have a good day always remember to keep the head up and to keep going and to remember you have a lot of talent and craft in you to make better for yourself your loved ones and your friends. Be aware of your surroundings, be aware that flaws and false will come unexpectedly, to always stay true to yourself............DEFINITLY!
