We get this comment from people constantly. “Aren’t you worried you are going to be possessed?”

Short Answer: No. Here is why…

Just like she says in this video, most things have a perfectly reasonable explanation whether it is psychological or environmental. It is our job to fully research the paranormal. Assuming something is demonic is not researching. It is exactly that… assuming. We have been to several locations that claim to have “demonic” activity. Through research we have come to realize that most of the time it is just a cranky spirit that is tired of people being in their space and asking how they died.

Could there be potential demonic activity out there? Absolutely. In the three years we have been actively researching and investigating locations we have yet to experience anything “demonic”:

Not that anyone asked us for our opinion, but here we go....

Over the last few days, we have seen a lot of people sharing their thoughts and emotions over the sale of McInteer Villa. We understand those feelings. Like so many of you, we have so many special memories tied to that building and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We want to make something very clear - while we do not support or agree with the actions, content, or business practices of the new owner... none of those feelings will ever be directed at Stephanie.

Stephanie has been a friend, a supporter, and someone who dedicated years of her life to preserving and sharing the Villa with all of us in the paranormal community. The decision to sell was hers to make, and we 100% respect that. We wish her nothing but happiness, success, and most importantly peace of mind as she bravely begins this next chapter of her life... wherever that may take her.

Our motto has always been simple. "Be kind. Stay Spooky."

The world already has enough hatred and division in it. As a community, we don't need to follow that trend or add to it. It costs nothing to show kindness, compassion, and understanding - especially to someone who has given so much of herself to this community.

While we will deeply miss the Villa and the memories we made there, we are excited to see where life takes Stephanie next. We hope everyone can join us in wishing her nothing but the very best, celebrating the incredible impact she has had on so many of our lives, and remembering that kindness should ALWAYS come first.

Thank you, Stephanie, for the memories, the friendship, and everything you've done. We can't wait to see what amazing adventures lie ahead for you.
